Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is a VICIOUS CYCLE, and having a survival kit to minimize the damage that your PMDD symptoms have the power to cause is critical! Treating PMDD naturally is definitely not "the easy way out" (trust me, it takes a ton of trial and error), but it's the only route I've been willing to take. While I won't say that I've "cured my PMDD", I do consider myself "in remission", because when I follow my natural PMDD treatment plan to a T, I don't experience ANY PMDD symptoms. However, if I veer away from my treatment plan, my symptoms will come right back like clockwork!
