RECIPES
Lemon Asparagus Hummus:
1 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
1/2 – 1 jar of Byler’s Relish House Pickled Asparagus - [ Ссылка ]
2 medium cloves garlic
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp tahini, sesame paste
1 lemon, juice and zest
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper, to taste
Beet Hummus:
2-3 large Byler’s Relish House Pickled Beets - [ Ссылка ]
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (or swap in 1 cup soaked cashews or steamed cauliflower for a bean free option)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp tahini
3 cloves garlic
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 – 1/2 cup filtered water, as needed for smoothness
Pickled Red Beet Deviled Eggs:
Eggs:
12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 jar Byler’s Relish House Pickled Beets - [ Ссылка ]
1 jar of water (fill up the beet jar), as needed only
1 small sweet or red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Filling:
12 egg yolks
1-2 stalks celery
2 green onions
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1-2 tbsp spicy mustard
1-2 tbsp pickle juice (Byler’s Old-Fashioned Fire Dill Pickles work well!) - [ Ссылка ]
1 tsp paprika + more for garnish
1/4 tsp salt, to taste
