Elbow extension and flexion ROM is hard to get after fractures and surgery, and requires a lot of great rehab work and dedication.
To help you with the exercises, today we focus on using;
1) Banded Triceps from a height to help the extension movement coupled with a powerband for the AP glide of the forearm. This replicates the seatbelt and AP mobilisation that we do in the clinic sessions.
2) Powerband Traction and flexion mobility. This uses the same AP glide (listen to the commentary on this one) to stretch the elbow joint while you overpress the flexion movement.
