In this video i have explained you the easiest way to change number format from Billions to Lakh or from Lakh to Billions.
Basically excel will pick standard numbering format as per region selected in your system.
By doing that you will be able to change number format from U.S. to Indian and from Indian to U.S.
So just change the region and your number format will get changed automatically.
