An easy recipe of sourdough flaxseed loaf.
I highly recommend this recipe for beginners who are just starting baking sourdough because this recipe always gives a great result! It is my favourite bread! Big thank you for the recipe to its creator.
Ingredients for one loaf:
200g sourdough starter
250g plain flour
220g wholemeal flour
200-220g water
flaxseeds (50g flaxseeds, soaked overnight in 150g water)
9g salt
Don't forget: the loaf of bread must cool completely before you slice it! Otherwise your loaf will feel sticky inside, as if it's not properly baked.
