Shiny Red Mirror Glaze Lego Mousse Brick with Raspberry Sauce Insert. This is such a fun and easy Entremet to make. It wold make a great addition to your next Lego party! The flavor of the cake, mousse and sauce can be changed to whatever you like!

If you don't have a Lego brick mould or can't find one, just use any type of silicone cupcakes size mould and Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

Mousse:
200g Milk Chocolate
100mL + 500mL Whipping Cream
1 Cup Dulce de leche
2 Teaspoons Gelatine
2 Tablespoons Hot Water

Red Mirror Glaze:
50mL Water
70g Condensed Milk
100g Glucose Syrup
100g White Chocolate
100g Caster Sugar
3 Teaspoons Gelatine bloomed in 60mL cold water
Red Gel Colour
