Wilson Tang / Nom Wah Tea Parlor. Wilson's an amazing story. He was in The World Trade Center on 9/11 working in Finance when it got hit and, survived, had an epiphany and left a career in Finance to take over the family business, namely Nom Wah Tea Parlor on the famous Doyers St., opened in 1920 the oldest Tea Parlor serving Dim Sum in Manhattan's Chinatown. We'll spend a day with him talking about the next generation in Chinatown Manhattan as it expands north and east.
