Ingredients:
2 lb stew meat
2 small onions
1 half stick butter
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dark rum
1 can mushrooms
1/2 pint heavy cream
Directions:
Saute onion in butter and olive oil until golden.
Add stew beef and garlic and cook meat until just browned.
Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, rum, and mushrooms.
Let cook until meat is tender.
Add cream right before serving
Serve over white rice and top with crunchy shoestring potatoes.
