Enjoy easy and simple delicious vegan chickpea meatballs. Chickpea is very high in anti-oxidant, and wonderful for bone, muscle and skin. Beneficial for diabetes, will lower blood pressure, will lower cholesterol.

CHICKPEA MEATBALLS

3 c cooked chickpeas
¼ c fresh parsley, chopped
½ onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ c oat flour
½ c pecan meal
1 T chicken-like seasoning
2 tsp sage
1 T Italian seasoning
1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp sea salt
2 T nutritional yeast flakes
Water as needed

Put cooked chickpeas in a food processor. Process until creamy. Transfer into a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Make meatballs shape and put 2 T of vegetable oil in a frying pan on medium high. Cook all the way around until nicely brown. Makes 35 meatballs. Delicious!
