This is a European dish of lamb's liver sauteed quickly in a hot pan, with caremelised onions and balsamic and creamy mashed potato. The balsamic vinegar can be substituted for red wine vinegar. Remember not to overcook the liver, it should be brown on outside and soft and pink-ish in
the middle!
