Since this Monday, 29 January, our new check-in kiosks have been in operation for those of you coming for outpatient appointments at West Suffolk Hospital. We have put together this short video which walks you through how to use one.

We hope that our patients will find the kiosks easy to use and convenient, but the use of the check-in kiosks is optional and you can continue to check-in with one of our receptionists if you prefer.

Hand sanitiser is available in the department, and we would encourage people to use this before and after using the kiosks. The kiosks will also be cleaned at regular intervals and are infection control compliant.
