Sadly, one of my beloved Old-World tarantulas perished for reasons unknown. Through this experience I learnt that spiders are much more difficult to taxidermy than phasmids. Did I in the end successfully preserve my beloved pet, or did the end result look more like road-kill rather than a piece of art?
