What do we have to do if we get sick during the trip? What medications do we need to have? How to prevent this from happening is there any magic trick to avoid the health problems on the trip?
I don’t know why, but people always expect an easy answer, one super powerful substance or secret exercise to help them to solve all the problems they already have. Yes, correct all the problems they already have. Here we have to face the reality and confess that our heath depends from us, only from us and it doesn’t matter where are we at the moment on the trip or at home in front of the television.
I know that here, many of you will dislike the video or even stop watching it, because they don’t want to believe in this simple truth. I perfectly understand that position. I have many friends and family members who are exactly the same and they always need to blame someone or everyone for their health problems. I am not going to judge them, or to reply to their hate comments, maybe they have a reason to think that way. I will keep talking because I know that many of you guys think exactly like me and we all together could help to those who are listening with open minds.
First of all, diseases don’t come just like that. They are a long term result of our everyday life. What we do, how often we exercise, how much time we spend in front of the TV instead of going onto the gym or walking outside on fresh air.
Second major factor is our food. What we eat, or maybe more accurate what we don’t eat. On that topic I can talk for many hours, but I am not going to do it, because it’s not the right place for me to do so. I will just repeat the famous phrase – “You will find your heath on the bottom of your plate”.
Third and also very important part is what you do when you are sick? Just stay at home and take the medications or try to help your body to recover as fast as possible? Make sure that you receive enough vitamins and minerals with your meals. Not only when you are sick, I am talking about your overall diet.
