Welcome to Part 3 of my video series on improving my mental health. In this video we will discussed the importance of prioritizing sleep and getting sunlight first thing in the morning. In addition, I'm going to talk about a big step I took to reduce my stress levels: I stopped trying to do everything myself and hired some help.
I'll also share how I lowered my expectations for myself, my to-do list, and others. This was a major mindset shift for me and really helped me to reduce my anxiety. Additionally, I'll talk about how giving up alcohol and caffeine has impacted my mental health positively.
Finally, I'll discuss the importance of self-care and doing more things for myself. Taking care of myself has been crucial in my journey towards better mental health. As always, I'm open to your feedback, so please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. Thanks for watching!
