Tips for perfect bakery style vatani
1. Soak Peas at least for 6 Hours.
2. You can use food colour.
3. Do not over cook.
4. Fry them until peas split .
5. After Frying put them on paper towel to soak excess oil.
6. Mix with salt and other masala if needed
