An in depth look into the manufacturing process of our National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) approved N95 Respirators. This video explains importance of manufacturing our masks and respirators domestically in the United States.
You will see our facility, our testing sites/machines, our manufacturing process, and our state of the art machinery used to create our high quality masks. We are proud to manufacture locally, here in Los Angeles, California. Every mask and respirator is Made in the USA.
We are also proud to announce that more than half of the masks we have manufactured have been donated to hospitals, clinics, first responders, and more. The Coronavirus has taken its toll in this country, and everyone watched as international masks such as the KN95 arrived in this country, and turned out to be faulty. Many of the masks did not filter nearly enough particles as required by NIOSH.
Our N95 masks filtered out more than 95% airborne particles, including dust, haze, droplets, and more. Our masks have gone through rigorous testing to be given the approval by NIOSH.
The COVID-19 pandemic has ravaged our country, and it is disappointing to see our first responders reusing masks due to a shortage. During the COVID 19 pandemic, our N95 respirators may be used by healthcare professionals according to the U.S. FDA’s Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).
