This is from Season 10, Episode 9. After Dean, Sam and Castiel saves the girl (Castiel's vessel/Jimmy's daughter
) Dean get's caught my some mob-dealers in the house.He get's reflections of the mark and says "Boys, you don't wanna do this" He then get's slapped and Dean becomes a demon again for a short periode of time. Sam then comes in and sees Dean like that and question's him.
