As a prison guard, I've seen it all - from fights and riots to gruesome murders. But there was one incident that made me question everything. One night, I was doing my usual rounds when I heard a strange whispering coming from one of the cells. I looked through the small window and saw a figure sitting in the corner, shrouded in darkness. As I approached, the whispering grew louder and more urgent. Suddenly, the figure lunged at me, revealing a face twisted in a grotesque expression. I stumbled back, heart racing, as I realized I was alone in the cell with a monster. From that moment on, I knew I needed to quit my job before something even worse happened.
