1 kg Ingridents
Boiled Mash daal : 1 Kg
Cooking Oil : 1 Cup
Onion : 4 Medium Size
Garlic water : half cup
Green chili : 6 to 8 Medium size
Fenugreek leaves: 1 table spoon
Red chili powder: 1.5 table spoon
Red Chili Flake: 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder: 1 tea spoon
Crushed cumin seeds : 1 Table spoon
Crushed coriander seeds : 1 table spoon
Gram masala : half table spoon
Salt : 1 table spoon or as per your taste
Water: as per requirement
