So I've found a way to easy kill the Giant at the royal capital. I went through a trap chest and ended up here at lvl22. Very low level but after discovering this method it became as easy as pie to kill him no matter the level. Hope this helps someone stuck here as this thing one shots you and you can be stuck here for hours like I was.
