Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has now placed a new challenge in front of the Enforcement Directorate. The AAP chief has moved the Delhi High Court, challenging all the nine summonses issued by ED. The central agency issued the summonses in connection with the Delhi excise policy case. A Division Bench of Justices Suresh Kait and Manoj Jain heard the case on March 20. Details here.
