The winner of the Specsavers Life-changing Hearing Dog of the Year 2017 is Tapper and his deaf recipient Louise.

Tapper was a lifeline to Louise when coping with the tragedy of losing her son Ben on flight MH17 by giving emotional and practical support to the whole family.
