Paralysis of analysis, I’m guilty of it as well. Early in my journey of building my real estate portfolio I found myself making excuses and blaming the market for not getting in. 3 years passed before I bought my first investment home. That process of waiting cost me $80k because in that 3 year period homes appreciated 14% while I was waiting for the market to get “better.”

The perfect time to buy is when you can financially afford it, you have the money, you have the good job, that’s the recipe!
