Over the weekend when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, we toured around the Higashiyama area of Kyoto.
In the previous videos, we walked from Kyoto Station to Shimogamo Shrine.
This time we will head for today's goal, Kamigamo Shrine.
After leaving Shimogamo Shrine, we will first walk west to the Kamo River and then north along the river to Kamigamo Shrine.
Along the Kamo River, there are rows of cherry blossom trees stretching for kilometers, and this is a popular spot for many cherry blossom viewers!
