I wanted to share with you all how much debt we had when we bought our house through NACA. I know a lot of people are trying to buy their first homes, but they are constantly told that they should wait until the payoff their debt to buy a house. I kind of understand why. It’s because the less debt you have, the more of a mortgage payment you can qualify for. But do you really need to buy a house for the maximum you can afford anyway? I can imagine getting discouraged trying to payoff all of your debt like student loans, car loans, because it takes so long, which is one reason why I went ahead and bought my house.
I used to be a loan officer for several years and now I offer a course sharing the tips and tricks I've used to get qualified for loans like this one! Here's the link to it! I DID NOT WORK FOR NACA
