The NetWorks23 Communities in Partnership Programme, developed through collaboration between Community Finance Ireland, and Rural Community Network, with support from the International Fund for Ireland (IFI). This 10-month programme delivered a series of residential workshop and mentoring sessions, that invited communities from both sides of the border to come together and learn from each other, through the medium of social enterprise development.
