All the Carbon Tax does is send production overseas -- often to jurisdictions with little to no environmental regulation - while pushing up the price of everything for Canadians. The result? Both you and the planet are paying the price for Justin Trudeau's ineffectual and dishonest tax policy.
And don't forget, the Carbon Tax is doing nothing to help us hit GHG targets. The Liberals have missed every single one of their targets for GHG emissions reductions.
All of this would be enough for a reasonable government to take pause and reconsider this deeply flawed policy but instead, Justin Trudeau is hiking his Carbon Tax by %300 in just a few months.
The people who should be most upset about the carbon tax are the very people who want to protect the environment.
