Testing AI upscaling.
Top and bottom bars were (mostly) black so first they were cut off with avidemux (hence the weird aspect ratio - the original was 4:3, 640x480), then upscaled with topaz video enhance AI, additionaly upscaled using adobe after effects, interpolated to 50 fps with hybrid and played with in adobe premiere for the final output.
