This clip was taken from the movie "World's Greatest Dad". In this scene, Williams' character, Lance Clayton, is interviewed on national television because of his son's accidental suicide.

We all know by now that Robin Williams died by hanging himself using his own belt. Incidentally, his son in this film, Kyle (played by Daryl Sabara) died by choking using his own belt too. The only difference was Kyle died due to autoerotic asphyxia, choking while having an orgasm during masturbation.
