What to do for sore muscles? I was hoping to find a good supplement that works for my achiness… I’ve tried a lot of them…Some of them are good. Here are some other natural ideas that help ME:

Getting a massage. This one helps my muscles melt the stress and tension of the day away. However, it's not always super convenient...
maybe look into a home device so you can massage some of the muscles yourself? ALWAYS check with your Dr first though.

Taking a warm bath...You can add Epsom salts to the water if you like.


I like to gently stretch my muscles…That seems to give me relief...if you do this one, just be careful. You don’t want to pull anything…
Definitely get the okay from your Dr beforehand.

Walking/movement helps sometimes. Weird, I know but sometimes it does help me…
(My work is somewhat sedentary because I sit behind a computer screen a lot) so moving my legs and body gives me relief. :)

Stay hydrated…Did you know that dehydration CAN cause muscle soreness sometimes? It’s good for your body to drink enough water anyhow, so this is a great tip for every day. 😊
