8 g vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups (400 ml) heavy cream
FILLING:
10.4oz (300 g) tea biscuits
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
TOPPING:
5TBsp (75 ml) hot heavy cream
4.4oz (125 g) white chocolate
