"Snow layer almost fell from a roof onto a woman and a child. On the video, we can see a woman with a child in a baby carriage. She stops, and at this moment, a huge layer of snow falls from the roof. She was very lucky that it didn’t fall into the carriage since the layer was more than two meters, it was dense and wet, and it looked like it weighed about 60-80 kg. It fell exactly on the path that people were walking on."
