In this work, the design and development of a sensor actuating a multi speed powertrain for the e-LCV segment. The gear ratio is calculated for each gear set. The design has been done using Autodesk Fusion 360. The simulation results for vehicle dynamics are done using MATLAB Simulink. The parts are manufactured using a 3D printer. By implementing this type of gearbox, we can achieve better motor life with more range and cruising speed. This is our project work for the electric commercial vehicle segment.
