PORK BULGOGI⤵️
2 lb pork shoulder, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 stalks scallion, cut 1 inch wide
6 TBSP gochujang (korean chili pepper paste)
6 TBSP gochugaru (korean chili pepper flakes)
4 TBSP soy sauce
4 TBSP mirin
4 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
5 cloves minced garlic
- no need to marinate. You can cook immediately🙂
