For Dough
1/cup maida
1/2 cup wheat flour
salt to taste
2tbsp suji(semolina)
water
1tsp oil
knead the dough and cover and keep aside for 10-15 minute
For Chole
1)Take 3 Medium Onion add 2tbsp oil saute until golden then add 1 chopped tomatoe saute until soft
2)Add salt to taste,add 2 green chillies,1tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute
3)Add haldi powder 1/2 tsp,garam masala 1tsp, dhaniya powder 1tbsp,Red chilli powder 2tbsp,add water and saute until spices are cooked well
4)Then add 1&1/2 Cup boiled kabuli chana and cook well with masala
5)Also mash some chana to make gravy thick
6)After mashing chana cover and cook for 5 -7 minutes
7)After making chole take the dough and make bhatoore
8)Serve hot with pickle!!!!!
