Led by US President Joe Biden, NATO concluded its three-day summit in Washington, DC, marking the alliance’s 75th anniversary with a series of new pledges to Ukraine.

NATO’s commitments include providing Ukraine with additional air defense systems, like Patriot batteries and a SAMP/T defense system, along with a pledge of at least $43 billion in military aid.

The United States, Netherlands, and Denmark will deliver F-16 fighter jets to Ukrainian pilots by this summer, with plans for longer-range missiles in Germany by 2026 to counter Russia’s increasing threat.
