Paano Gumawa ng Empanada de Kaliskis or Flaky Empanada?

Ingredients:
1st dough:
2 Cups AP Flour (240grams)
2 Tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
¼ Cup Oil
100 ml water
60 grams Cold Butter
2nd dough:
1 Cup APF FLOUR (120grams)
¼ Cup Oil
Filling: Optional (Pwede po kayong gumamit ng pork, beef and tuna. depende po sa gusto nyong ipalaman sa empanada)
Chicken Filling:
Boneless chicken breast
Carrots
Potatoes
Red Bell Pepper
½ Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup All purpose Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste.
