Do You Know? There were 6 other cities in competition to get selected for India’s First Heritage City. Do you know why they chose Ahmedabad? UNESCO chose Ahmedabad because it is the only City in India, where people still live in Heritage Places. Yes, these Heritage Places are part of Ahmedabad Locals and some of them are homes of those families living in Ahmedabad.
