Its just over a year since I bought my Brompton folding bike and I filmed a review of it after riding the first 100 miles.

It’s a C-Line, 6-speed, Explore model, finished in one of 2023’s limited colours – ‘Bumblebee Yellow’. That video has been quite popular, with 29,000 views, and these fabulous bikes seem to have a worldwide audience – so I thought I’d bring things up to date a bit and say how I feel about the bike after using it for a year.

I went to the canal at Brecon to make today's video and rode along the towpath a few miles. Along the way, I encountered a convoy of American tourists who had hired narrowboats and who were all members of the same family! That was very special, and I'll make a separate video of it, for you to see soon.
