No save scumming, and tbh, New Game + is even harder lol. Timestamps below.
Anyway, finishing the game without dying seems hard at first, but after some planning and practice, I manage to do it without any problem. I didn't use any speedrunners tricks nor using any guides for the one shot achievement.
My only tip is to play safe and try to find safe modules and gear bit to make your run easier. Also, don't forget to upgrade your stuff that you mostly used to.
