The part that goes in the interior of your ear requires the most effort when it comes to cleaning. Wipe that area down, and make sure to soak it in soapy water occasionally.

Make sure to use a soft brush to remove any ear wax or dry skin from the outer casing of your Signia hearing aid. Remove the earmolds from your hearing aid as well.
