The Tata Hexa was a 6/7 seat premium crossover SUV based on the Safari Storme X2 platform. It was the last body-on-frame construction RWD based passenger SUV from Tata motors.
The Hexa was on sale from 2017-2020 and was available only with a 2.2L Varicor Turbo diesel engine. A 5 speed manual gearbox was available only on the base XE variant whereas the XM, XT & XT 4x4 were available with a 6 speed manual gearbox. A Belgium sourced 6 speed torque converter Automatic gearbox was also available on the XMA and XTA variants alone.
The Hexa was available in the price bracket of ₹11.9 - ₹17.5L ex showroom in 2017.
