There have been plenty of memorable characters shown and talked about in Cyberpunk 2077. Though, none can really compare to the legend of Morgan Blackhand. Only given slivers of information on him from the game lore after the "4th Corporate War" and with the dlc coming this year, fan theories are on the rise. We all have a lot of questions still left with no answers. One of these questions being, where the hell is Morgan Blackhand? In this video I talk about a couple fan theories I find interesting, what Blackhand was up to and how he could potentially pop up in the Phantom Liberty DLC(no matter what Mr. Mike Pondsmith says)
