You are meant to feel joy, love, and peace. Any other
feelings such as guilt, shame, resentment, anger, anxiety, etc. are feelings that will block your healing.
It's important to remember that we all have a choice in choosing what we feel despite our circumstances, and this requires making an intentional shift as well as self exploration and study to truly understand that such negative feelings aren't productive.
You always have a choice to choose what you want to feel. How? Sometimes, we have to surrender to what is, and lean into the feeling even if it's negative. Then we can proceed into accepting and allowing, and then choosing a better feeling to set yourself FREE from the negative blockages.
