This 25 minute follow along FULL BODY workout | No equipment workout | No jumping full body workout is made up of 2 x blocks of 4 exercises, each exercise for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest.
Block 1
1. Squat and front side lunges
2. Push up superman
3. Side to side rotation lunges
4. Sumo Jack + knee up
Block 2
1. Low hip reverse lunges with straight arms
2. Reverse plank toes touch
3. Inner rotation lunges + hand walkout + push ups
4. Straight arm + high knees / high legs
