General's Cry Shield Crush is among the best builds of Path of Exile 3.16 Scourge League. General's Cry build plays like a minion build, while being among the tankiest PoE 3.16 builds, and dishing out INSANE amounts of damage.

Even by my casual standards of someone who very rarely pushes my builds past level 80, General's Cry Shield Crush turned out to be really enjoyable and easy build to come back to and keep playing after I've reached my usual goals of a single build.
