Below are the mods needed to complete this custom character creation:

For the head: Dagur - T2 and T4 Human Half-Elf Elf and Drow Head. Lyniara released a new head preset 2 days after I recorded this tutorial, and that head is much closer to Guts than the one I used. I recommend using 'Dagur Head GUTS ver' and not the one I used ‘Dagur Head’. In a discord server for modders someone is working on the iconic Berserk armor and a Guts haircut.
