Sri Lanka's very own Chef Lahiru Jayasekara (Larry) joined us to share his journey in the culinary industry.
As the former Head Chef of Gordon Ramsay’s famed Michelin Starred Restaurant as well as the 2016 National Chef of the Year, Chef Larry collaborated with Shangri-La Colombo to celebrate the unique locally sourced ingredients available in Sri Lanka to complement flavours and global techniques learned from his experience for the past 18 years.
As a part of Shangri-La Colombo's Collaboration series, which allows diverse personalities to showcase their work, Chef Larry hosted three exclusive dining events at Capital Bar and Grill on 09 February.
