My classes are open to every body, I am mindful that teaching online means I can't see you and I need to create a practice that is open and sustainable for most body types and levels.
I like to focus on strengthening stabilizing muscles such as transversus abdominis (TVA), glutes, quads, hip flexors, calfs, neck, and back. Pretty much the whole body. My classes are slow to medium paced and mindful. Expect a little shaking, a lot of breathing, and a long and sweet guided meditation or nidra at the end.
