Rumours of an internal strife within Pakistan's ruling party- the PML-N has now emerged.
The former three-time prime minister Nawaz Sharif is all set to become the Party's president once again, 7 years after he relinquished the post following a disqualification by the top court. PML-N future decisions will depend on Nawaz's ability to steer the ship and build consensus on key issues which has been rocked by turbulence. At the same time Pakistan's foreign minister, close aide of elder Sharif, Ishaq Dar has been appointed deputy Prime Minister. Here is the latest on Pakistan's political powerplay.
